Mr. Galler graduated in 1986 from Georgia State College of Law. For the last 29 years he has represented thousands of families with debt problems, personally filing over ten thousand cases. His law firm was cited by Fulton Country Daily reporter for having one of top confirmation rates for Chapter 13 cases in the district and over 99% of all Chapter 7 cases he filed have been discharged. In addition to Bankruptcy, Mr. Galler handles student loan debt, mortgage modifications, credit restoration and work injuries. Avvo.com, the country’s largest rating website for attorneys, has awarded Mr. Galler their highest rating of "Superb". Mr. Galler is also an experienced bankruptcy attorney and has filed hundreds of confirmed bankruptcy plans on behalf of his debtor clients. In all areas of his practice Mr. Galler provides aggressive hands on representation. This lead to consistently high settlements and verdicts, and he negotiated one of the largest workers compensation settlements of its kind.

To provide his clients with sufficient opportunity to discuss their case with him, Mr. Galler sets aside two hours a day (usually 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 PM) for client telephone calls. Mr. Galler is a native of Atlanta and graduated with honors from the University of Georgia and the Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. Galler is licensed to practice in all Georgia State and Federal courts. Mr. Galler has appeared on CNN to discuss bankruptcy issues and has been quoted in many Atlanta Georgia and National publications including the Atlanta Journal, The Fulton Daily Reporter and the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

He serves in the Bankruptcy Law section for the State Bar of Georgia and Atlanta Bar Association and as well as The American Bar Association.
